~Alan Heilpern: As for the product, Lousy, didn't do most thing correctly ie addresses, route guidance poor. Was told to download new program and I did. Some of the problems were cleared but not all. Wrong addresses and guidance. Sent it back RMA ************. Never received an e-mail nor did I receive an e-mail that it repaired and shipped back to me. This NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I doubt that I will buy another Rand McNally product.

~Alan Heilpern: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Alan Heilpern: For that I would say three out of five.
