~disgruntled customer: I too waited until all the options had finished and then had to wait agin for the second set of options to finish only to have an operator who couldn't understand that her suggestion would not give me delivery as it was the same as I had had already. I then asked to speak to an operator. She said there were no managers after ****. In the deliver offices there are no managers after **** so I laughed, she said I was sarcastic and put the phone down

~disgruntled customer: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~disgruntled customer: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Royal Mail's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~disgruntled customer: For that I would say four out of five.
