~Wee Gary: Voice menu there but simply don't press anything. Menu repeats once then goes straight to a human agent.*As helpful as ever but wouldn't listen to a complaint I had about not being able to contact the local delivery office.*Item redelivery arranged without problem.

~Wee Gary: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
