~jackd: I have only had bad experiences with Samsung "support". I have a Samsung TV and had issues because it was sold as having the ability to stream video, but it didn't have such and the people at Samsung agreed it didn't although it was part of their specs.**Now I have a Note * cellular phone but KIES which is supposed to sync with Outlook doesn't sync and it is unbelievably slow as well.**If it isn't the incredibly long waiting on hold, my complaint would be that after waiting an average of ** minutes each time I call (or upto ** minutes), or after waiting on hold having my call disconnected without being spoken to... Its all bad when it comes to support "services" at Samsung. And no, I don't care that they apologize for the long wait times. Fix it or hopefully this information will deter others from buying Samsung Products.**I vow never to buy another Samsung product again.

~jackd: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~jackd: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Samsung's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~jackd: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Samsung customers?
~jackd: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Samsung to know who you are.
