GetHuman-265548: I called Sdge last Friday to turn on gas and electric to the house I'm moving to. They said that the first available ALL DAY ( * am to midnight) appointment in the next Wednesday (* days later). I can put key under the mat when there is light out and I MUST be at home if its dark. They wouldn't give me a shorter window but PROMISED THAT the Sdge worker will call me when I'm next. I put the key under the door mat and came around * pm (it turned dark) to wait fr the service man. I had to use candles because it was pitch dark. I waited another *.* hours and called Sdge two more times asking to let me know the window of time when the servicer will come. They said they can't do that but promised again that they will call. I stepped out to get food and came back in ** min...... The Sdge worker came without a phone call and left without turning on gas! Sdge *****. I wish they had a better customer service. They are absolutely horrible. I called Sdge and they said that the next appointment is
