~grievingcustomer: The lady named Amy from the Kearny Mesa location started out polite, but by the second sentence she would not stop to listen. She persisted in talking over me. I started to get upset and relayed that a family member had just died. She was unable to find a supervisor to take care of resetting the password on the email account. By the time the supervisor called me back, I was too distraught to take care of anything. I feel that SDGE was insensitive to my needs and too rigid in their email rules. Amy insisted that I was asking for personal information, which was incorrect. I asked for a procedure to occur, that being resetting the email so the account could have one more try at the password. Geese, everyone forgets their password! I felt this customer service was ridiculously unfair to a faithful customer of ** plus years.
