~Mr K: A lot better than I was expecting. Used the callback service and true to their estimate called back * mins later. About a minutes worth of music and confirming details to an automated system the I was speaking to someone who spoke really real.

~Mr K: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Mr K: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Scottish Power's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Mr K: For that I would say three out of five.
