~Chris: I'm a landlord. I wish I could reverse charge for my time dealing and calling the customer services dept. Totally inept. Poor service wrong information. Bad quality call waiting music drove me to hang up. Currently on a call now to them, phone keeps going silent when they try to sort out my problem. This call has taken ** minutes so far. I suggest that if you need to contact them, go online and book a call back. *to Scottish Power to sort out pre pay card for gas supply left from the previous tenent*which won't take any credit. Now they are checking that they supply the property

~Chris: For that I would say five out of five.
