GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/28/17?
GetHuman-ninodic: Your financial department hung up on me. Apparently when a customer brings up logic into a discussion they take offense to it cause they dont think the customer will be so smart. Me and my wife switched to you guys * months ago from our other service and already have been treated like **** numerous yimes with your service departments. What kind of people do you guys employ there? Also, you guys threaten to turn off service if we dont have a bill paid for a billing cycle that hasnt even started yet. What kind of business do you guys run? We were warned by numerous people about your company and we still went with you guys. Its starting to turn out to be a mistake.
