~Rosalind County: I called Sprint because I had some problems with my service for over a year and a half and I was paying for a service and wasn't getting over **% of my calls. I spoke with someone for over one hour each time and no results they offered me $**.** and I lost thousand due to clients saying they called and I never answered and that is not the truth I never got the call. I fell like I should at least receive a $***.** credit since I have be calling over a year about the service and having to get phones repaired or having to purchase new equipment over and over again. I am a loyal customer and I wanted to be treated as such
