~Sarah Martin: I think that it ids very rude for a customer service rep. to put a customer on hold for this long and I had been talking with them since right at *:**. And all of a sudden the call is disconnected and hangs up. It makes me think that she put me on hold on purpose. When I call back I'm at square one, still trying to g find out why I have to pay so much for a phone since I am so you say a valued customer. But when I call back I'm told it's no one I can talk to about a cheaper payment for a phone. I would have thought that you had a better customer service policy than that.

~Sarah Martin: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Sarah Martin: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Sprint Corporate Care's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Sarah Martin: For that I would say one out of five.
