GetHuman-autumwyn: I would like to thank Nyejah (GT******) for the awesome job and great customer care service she delivered with helping me take care of an going problem that I had with my Sprint phone for over a month. Not only did she trouble shoot the problem but she went above and beyond (She made several phone calls to my local sprint store in Brooklyn and followed up with me) to help me resolve my problem. I spoke to many other Sprint customer service representatives and supervisors who promised me that they would take care of the problem, but they were empty promises. Nyejah is a Diamond in the rough.
