~BamBAm: I do not recommend Sprint to anyone. Their customer service reps are like robots and programmed. They are pointless and useless. I spend *,*** a year on cell phone service. I called looking for a more appropriate plan they not only had nothing but charging me including insurance a totaly of ***.** a month thats before taxes for * phone lines with unlimited talk,data and text. I called to see if I could get a more appropriate plan and they had nothing available for a customer who has been a customer for ** years.They don't care about loyalty. SO due to them not having something more appropriate for a single parent and her child I cancelled sprint regardless of the breaking the contract fee.I took my business else where. They are by far the worse customer service I ever encountered.

~BamBAm: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.

~BamBAm: For that I would say three out of five.
