GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 12/06/17?
GetHuman59890: District manager was rude to me as I came back with sandwiches that were made incorrectly (drive thru). when I asked the girl (Who I now know was the DM) why she was upset she said and I quote I don't have time to deal with this I just gave you two free sandwiches what more do you want me to do". I of course reminded her that she did not give me anything free she was simply fixing the sandwiches that they messed up in the first place causing me to have to turn around and come back to replace.

GetHuman59890: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

GetHuman: And what about Subway's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman59890: For that I would say three out of five.
