~dsdvd: I'm calling to voice my shock at Targets policy to allow guns in their stores. It is appalling. I will NEVER step foot in another Target. Our country is becoming more violent with mass shootings all too often. It is out of hand. Target, by allowing guns (loaded guns in the toy department), shows a total disregard for your customers' safety. Target is promoting violence.

~dsdvd: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~dsdvd: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Target's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~dsdvd: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Target customers?
~dsdvd: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Target to know who you are.
