~Terrible service: Dear Terminex*We have had a termite yearly plan for over ** years. First with Guarantee Termite and when you bought them out a few years ago, with you. I have never seen worse service than after you bought Guarantee. *With the yearly fee going up every year. The last coverage period should have covered us until *-**-** for $***.**. Every time I try to have someone come out to inspect it is a hassle. The last time I called, because I saw termites in my house, and they set up an *appointment for the **st of May from **-**. After waiting at home that Saturday I called the office a couple of times after **:** to see when he was coming each time they said he would be there, but he wasn't, at **:** he called and said he was running late. I told him I would have *to reschedule my kids had classes they had to be taken to. He rescheduled for May **th the Friday of a holiday weekend. He was *supposed to be here between **-*. At *:** he called and said he was running late and was on the other sid
