~Tabitha N: Terminix lied to me and said when I signed up that they would NOT charge my credit card without me saying so first..Well guess what? I am out of town and they just charged my cc ***.** WITHOUT notifing me..All they could say was an automated system called you...This is the WORSE experience I have ever had with ANY company..Do NOT use Terminix!!!!!!!!

~Tabitha N: For that I would say two out of five.
