~david: ms Alford turned my request for ***.** fee*which we have always terminix for bee service,instead of ***.** fee which we were charged recently*into a judgement that I was responsible for.She refused to let me speak to her manager. She informed me that she would not credit this **.** and her manager would call me back.I informed her that we've been a customer since ****.

~david: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~david: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Terminix's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~david: For that I would say four out of five.
