GetHuman-12519: First * attempts to reach customer service resulted in "this is not a valid working number" even though a representative connected me. then I was given the extention for the city*metro desk and after the first try with a "not valid number" message I redialed and this time was connected to a wonderful employee who will be finding the right person to handle my problem-response will come via email or home phone. *Problem: I want to open my e-edition but keep g etting the Media Rewards message to sign in or activate. I believe I have this stupid rewards benefit and I just want to open my e-paper with out this message or necessity for rewards I don't want to have.
