~maidmaian22: I've called * times in the last * days. Got home from church today and my Tennessean was in the ditch again, sopping wet. I also get the Dickson Herald on Wed and Fridays and both days it was in the ditch. We have a box for the paper. We are both disabled and it's very hard to climb down into the ditch to fetch the paper. We are sick of this and if this doesn't get fixed by my next delivery, I will cancel. I called Mr. Bixel and left a message on Friday and today. Called the Tennessean but we got home too late for customer service to answer. I enjoy the paper but I'm fed up.
