GetHuman-termina: I bought tickets to tonight's concert, but was unable to attend. I've had the tickets since May. Didn't get a refund approval until *pm today and I live an hour*away from the place I bought them. Was told I had to return them to the point of sale. She said by * pm. I explained I had a doctor's appointment and would get there as quickly as I could. She told me it wouldn't be an issue. I arrive at said location at *:**, wait around for a half an hour while the clerk is on hold trying to verify. Then was told that they wouldn't refund after all. So I'm out $*** and three hours of my life I'll never get back.I go to concerts and events pretty regularly, but if I have to purchase tickets thru your company again, I'll stay home!
