~upset : I called TW to cancel my service. I was transferred to * different people and had to wait up to ** minutes between each transfer and the last person said they couldn't cancel my service because a telephone port had not been completed and I would have to call back in a few days. I called back in two days and again was transferred to * different reps and was put on hold approx. ** to ** minutes each time. Finally someone told me an order to transfer the port had not been written and that they would now write up the order and it the cancellation should be complete up to ** hours after being submitted. I was on the phone for another hour and hopefully my service was cancelled...
