~upset frerichs: They would not listen to what we were saying, would not stop talking so we could explain the problem. Went to local store got a new modem and it still only works part time. Asked for a supervisor and would not let us talk to them. I AM going to switch to AT&T....maybe not be the best, but at least I won't deal with TWC

~upset frerichs: For that I would say five out of five.
