GetHuman-168397: they messed up my order, * woman told me no service in this area when there clearly is, she said someone would call me, no one ever called, next person said I have service here she can set me up I can avoid paying setup by picking up my own modem at TWC store, she gave me wrong address, took me to a residential neighborhood, someone's house! I called back another woman gave me new address I asked her to call there she said the number routed back to main **** I said that was same as the * the other woman gave me, she eventually found and called another number which is an employee union stop only, NOT for customers! They don't even have their own information correct and send customers all over. Tech support *****, I've been disconnected on * different occasions.
