~lakelover14: Customer Service experience was top-notch. However, local provider and equipment was worse than worse. Trouble from start to finish. Business owner did not speak English. Trailer was *x more than quote and we had to go into the next county to locate a wire package we didn't even know we had to have. Shouldn't this have been included with the trailer. All told, an $** rental is well over $*** No more U Haul for us.
