~.: can't contact the uhaul store directly -- have to go through corporate. corporate can't even find the listing for their own store. dropped my vehicle there this morning to have a hitch installed and can't find out anything about it. can't reach anyone directly. can't get anyone to phone me back. am being shuttled around their phone service from clueless operator to clueless operator to clueless operator, repeating the same information over and over with no success.

GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~.: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about U-Haul's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~.: For that I would say three out of five.
