~ihateups: ATROCIOUS. Customer service reps have no information, can't make a phone call to the local depot or the driver, manager is always "on another call". They promise to call back and don't. They promise to pick up a package and don't. Guarantee delivery by a certain day and don't. This company is a walking breach of contract and should be put out of business. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID.
