GetHuman-346903: I have been trying to get a correctly addressed package out of the warehouse for over a week. The contents were needed for *st July but despite * telephone calls and assurances I would get the parcel it is still at the warehouse. No one at ups cares. I have waited in on numerous days expecting delivery. The service is disgusting.*The reason for non delivery keeps coming up as wrong street name. I confirm the Romans built the road **** years ago. It has had the same name for *** years. My house has been here for over ***yrs. Yet ups cannot find it. Post code and address are correct.*I have NEVER encountered such a problem ever before. Cannot recommend ups
