GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's UPS (UK) customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Anon: To try to change a delivery i was told by the computer pages to become a 'mychoice' member. I did this but then found that I couldn't make a change until I'd entered an 'activation code' (mailed in *-* days). As the delivery date was * day away (I wanted to change this to * days away) I wouldn't be able to change it in time. After failing to find any meaningful way to change the date via my pc I used your number and spoke to a human (?) who told me that the delivery date couldn't be changed until after a *st delivery had failed. No one further up the command chain was available to complain to or get any action. Would I ever choose to use UPS? - NO! Would I want to shop with anyone who used them? - only as a last resort.
