~Kenya: Hello,**I'm in Kenya and need to put a travel notification on my account so that I am able to use my debit card. i'v tried accessing my account, but the website keeps trying to make me put in a PIN number that was sent to my phone. However, I have had cell service turned off to my phone for a month now and cannot receive a PIN number via text message.**Is there a way to override this or get the PIN number emailed to me?**I am working in an orphanage for three more months and really need to get this issue resolved as soon as possible. If this does not get resolved quickly I will need my USAA account as soon as I return to the states. Getting a travel notification put on my account or finding something to speak with should not be this difficult and stressful.**Thank you,*Regan Urquhart
