~Poor-er credit, thanks: I wasn't told after my husband was disabled that I had insurance against my loans to help me.Got nasty calls fr them wanting payment.Deffered my payment by two months, and now I have a balloon payment due that I can't afford,going on my credit report.The employee didn't tell me that by doing that, it would create the balloon payment, and now instead of being two weeks late on the payment, I am overdue by one month, and will be another month late due to ****-poor communication I received!I will NOT recommend loan services through USAA.Insurance is good, should have stuck with that!
