~stern12: Called because a Wall mart .com order can not be found in the store all the guy would tell me is it is in the store and I should go back tomorrow (Christmas Eve) and try again. After discussing with the young man that this is a bad idea he tried to call the store and got the same run around we got when we went there. WILL NEVER BUY AT WALLMART.COM AGAIN

~stern12: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about WalMart's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~stern12: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other WalMart customers?
~stern12: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for WalMart to know who you are.
