GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Webjet customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~aannyyaavv: We booked online with web jet, from Toronto to Johannesburg through New York, since it was such a great deal. Eventually we received an email saying that our booking would be ticketed within * business hours. We called them the next evening, since it had been over ** hours already. We spoke to a woman on the phone, who told us that they were in the process of ticketing. She then reviewed our flight details with us, and we realized that we were landing in LGA, and departing from JFK, with only a two hour stopover. The shuttle ride from LGA to JFK alone is ** minutes, without traffic. She told us that we would we able to make it. We asked to be transferred to someone with whom we could make changes, but she said that this was another department and that we had to email them, and I've heard that making changes with web jet is a nightmare. Awful customer service. We had thought that we were landing in JFK and departing from there as well. This was not clear on their website. This alone wou

~aannyyaavv: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Webjet's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~aannyyaavv: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Webjet customers?
~aannyyaavv: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Webjet to know who you are.
