~VioletteN: There was a short wait and quick resolution to my problem (it was a minor issue). HOWEVER- the customer service rep kept talking and talking and wouldn't stop reading from his script long enough to let me ask my question . I literally had to scream into the phone to get him to stop. For a short phone call with an easy resolution- I was almost as aggravated as I would have been if I had been on hold for ** minutes.
