~notveryhappy: I have been waiting for a refund for my rent since they said a check was cut on *******...**** and still not here. I keep getting the run around and the service supervisors I have dealt with have been Wendy (unsympathetic) and Ray (liar). hoping I don't have another ** days of running to the mailbox hoping the check has arrived. Need a better system for refund issuance. it's western union for crying out loud you charge $** just let me pick it up where I purchased in the first place!
