GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's eHarmony customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~eHarmonyuser: This number is great - eHarmony no longer lists their number on their website (that I could find), and I wish I'd seen this site earlier! I was very angry with them - they'd charged my cc to auto-renew my subscription ** hrs prior to its expiration (as per their policy), and I'd intended to cancel that day. She was very patient, but I had to push back and argue some (first she said no, not refundable, then offered partial reversal, then after supe input, gave full reversal), and upon my insistence did reverse the full amount. In the end, the conversation was such that I'm more open to using eHarmony in the future and in recommending it.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting eHarmony. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a eHarmony problem?
~eHarmonyuser: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~eHarmonyuser: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about eHarmony's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~eHarmonyuser: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other eHarmony customers?
~eHarmonyuser: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for eHarmony to know who you are.
GetHuman: Well there you have it. Some useful feedback and words from ~eHarmonyuser taken from his eHarmony customer service problem that occurred on October 21st, 2017.
