~unsatisfied in Tally: CS rep was an automaton*moron - asked me what device I was using * times* this fact is unrelated to reason I called - I paid for a Season of TV which started yesterday, but CS rep WOULD NOT LISYEN TO ANYTHING I HAD TO SAY - apparently reading from a script
