Darlene, YOU never called me as you promised. I was on the phone and finally after 75 minutes of being transfered I ended up with RANDY in the Leaedership Team . He is the only one who understood my situation. He said he could see the problem and was going to need to do a MANUAL CORRECTION which could take 72 hours. He also said he would get back with me. As of now I do not have any messages or phone calls from him and nothing has been applied to my bank account. PLEASE CALL ME 501 425 8240 OR EVEN BETTER , GET RANDY TO CALL ME FROM HIS DEPARTMENT. After 9 people looking at the transaction, he said he saw what had happened .---according to RANDY I sold a guitar Buyer paid with paypal buyer did not like the guitar I could not transfer money to my account buyer was to receive a refund, but due to a glitch they could not give it to him SO they debited my account for the price of the guitar. I NEVER RECEIVED ANY MONEY FOR THIS GUITAR AS I COULD NOT ACCESS IT. Randy in the leadership department looked and saw the problem. He told me he was going to do a manual correction on the account and this would take place in 72 hours. Nothing has happened yet . As of yesterday , I am now receiveing yet another debit for 66.92 out of my bank account for a "PREAPROVED PAYMENT" There has been no preaproved payment and nothing has been pre approved Somebody please call me . I am tired of being ripped off. Randy has not called me yet .
