~Brian : Yes. It was middle of the night, on November 14th.

GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's eBay customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Brian : Ok Folks, finally found a number that works in Australia. ************* After days of emailing with no response, having a case escalated and open for nearly * weeks with ebay not contacting me at all (even though it says they will contact me within ** Hrs)after trying to ring USA with only recorded numbers telling me to go to live chat on their site which doesn't exist, they transfered me to a real human being at ebay USA with a successful outcome within * hr after finishing the call. Yeesss!!! Only complaint is this took days of trying and even though the guy that sent me the hard drive, even though he sent it with tracking, it ended up in the wrong place with them blaming him. Now he looses out. :( He said he printed out the address from the globing postal service on ebay, and it didn't get out of USA. I am in Thailand.) I can now change my call from TERRIBLE to ok when you can speak to a real person.

~Brian : I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Brian : I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about eBay's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Brian : For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other eBay customers?
~Brian : Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for eBay to know who you are.
