~JohnnyB: Buyer beware. I am not kidding. I was charged $**.** wen I clicked on the $**.** box. The expert did not help me and I asked for a refund request form, conveniently you cannot access that page. Their mechanic was not very knowledgeable of a **** Dodge Ram Truck. I'm not impressed.

~JohnnyB: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

GetHuman: And what about eHow.com's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~JohnnyB: For that I would say four out of five.
