~rorasaura: There was no communication - I was connected to a nameless voicemail, where I left my contact information. Do I expect to hear from eHow - no. Will I keep going until I get my money back? Absolutely. Am I even more jaded than I was an hour ago? Yes. When all is said an done is the simple truth that we can't trust anyone, and, hello, smarten up?
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a problem?
~rorasaura: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~rorasaura: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~rorasaura: For that I would say one out of five.

~rorasaura: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for to know who you are.
