~Norma: I was trying to Cancel My new service, I just had a feeling I was being ripped off when I got home from Verizon Reseller and noticed the $*** deductible etc. they will not answer at Customer Service no., I called this number she told me to Call Cricket to cancel, I explained to her three times that my Carrier is Verizon and that their website and letter says to cancel call ***-***-**** but they put you on hold forever. DO NOT BUY THIS INSURANCE. I feel very stupid for NOT reading fine print, I am not usually that STUPID. Norma

~Norma: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about eSecuritel's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Norma: For that I would say two out of five.

~Norma: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for eSecuritel to know who you are.
