~Captnstew922: This is the worst customer service and communication from a company I have ever dealt with. After filing a claim I waited for over * weeks to find out the have not processed it because I did not make a return call which was never mentioned. Then the told me the do not have a replacemtent for an Iphone*c. (ONe of the most popular phones in the world). I would have to wait until something is available. Here we are * *** weeks later with no phone. It is well worth paying the extra * or * dollars to Verizon for the insurance. Never had an issues like this. *This company is a gigantic P.O.S. !!
