~Elmo zip: Tried to cancel contract and when I selected that option got dropped * x after entering the data each time. They made me pay high deductible on the year old MSRP, not current MSRP, which was several hundred dollars difference! The promised "new" phone on front pages of website and in sales, but resorted to refurbished or in their terms "equivalent" exchange phone. Equivalent turned out to be smaller phone with less features. Better off to just buy a refurbished phone off internet and skip paying hundreds in monthly charges and then hundreds in deductibles.

~Elmo zip: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Elmo zip: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about eSecuritel's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Elmo zip: For that I would say three out of five.
