~anonymous: i've worked for esec for a year now and i must say, t's the WORST phone insurance company out there!! I always feel bad for customers when they get multiple defective phones, but there's lil' we can do. We understand their frustration but it's out of our hands. There's zero communication within' this company and it's sad. Some customers don't get that there WILL BE a deductible to get a phone, but they never understand. They don't read their policies.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting eSecuritel. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a eSecuritel problem?
~anonymous: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~anonymous: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about eSecuritel's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~anonymous: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other eSecuritel customers?
~anonymous: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for eSecuritel to know who you are.
