~andrew_09: I had a nightmarish start to my day. I was chasing client deadlines and suddenly my desktop crashed on me, leaving me with little hope to retrieve any work from the previous night. The only silver lining was my wifes working laptop, so I immediately started to look out for potential tech support service providers to fix my desktop. I scanned through dozens of tech support companies and finally landed with iyogi. *However, after striking up a conversation with one of their technicians, I was told that iyogi does not provide support for hardware issues. I was dumbfounded. I spent some considerable time with them and felt it was a total waste of time when I realized they did not provide the support I was looking for. *But one interesting thing developed when I registered with iyogi. Before they proceeded with anything, they ran a full automated scan on my laptop to check for malware and viruses because initially they thought I was having a problem with my laptop. *The iyogi technicians fo

~andrew_09: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
