GetHuman-444168: THEY CONSTANTLY SAY i DO NOT HAVE A CONTRACT AND MY COMPUTER IS NOT THE ONE IN THE HOUSEHOLD COVERED AND THAT MY CONTRACT NUMBER IS INVALID. tHEY THEY CONSTANTLY (MANYTIMES WITHIN THE PHONE CALL) TRY TO GET YOU TO BUY MORE EXPENSIVE STUFF. I HATE WHEN I HAVE TO CALL THEM. FOUND THE HP TECH TO BE JUST AS GOOD AND TO PURCHASE ANY TYPE OF CONTGRACT WITHIN THE FIRST YEAR IS A BIG WASTE OF MONEY. THEN THEY TOLD ME TO BUY MCAFEE VIRUS PROTECTION BECAUSE IT GUARANTEES AGAINST ANY VIRUSES AT ALL SAYING MY COMPUTER WILL NEVER GET SICK AGAIN. THEN THE NEXT TECH SAID THIS IS A LIE. FINALLY I TOOK NOTES ABOUT EVERYTHING THEY DID AND NOW CAN DO THE SAME IDENTICAL THING MYSELF. I HAVE WASTED MY MONEY EXCEPT FOR THE FIRST * TIMES CALLING UNTIL I WISED UP AND TOOK NOTES AND THE NEXT TIME I TOLD THEM MANY TO STOP TRYING TO SELL ME STUFF I DO NOT NEED.
