~Benjamin: Ten out of ten to iyogi. Allow me to explain. How many tech guys would work on your PC the whole night just to make sure you don*€*t have a bad day? Well it*€*s a rhetorical question and the answer is ONLY IYOGI. I had to submit a film to one of my clients and I had worked on it for a whole week. Just when I was rendering the whole file my system just shut down. I froze. I didn*€*t panic cause well I thought I*€*d just restart the whole thing. When that didn*€*t work I panicked. I called iYogi and while they guided me I managed to atleast turn the PC on. after that they remotely started tinkering around with my PC. I don*€*t know when I passed out but when I woke up in the morning in my chair I saw my complete film right in front of me. I rendered it and exported the film and it all went so smoothly. I don*€*t know when they logged off I don*€*t know what they did to fix it but whatever they did they did it right. I had a great day.

~Benjamin: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Benjamin: For that I would say two out of five.
