~Charles: Yesterday I intended to call McAFee Technical Support for a McAFeeSetup installation problem and called the (***) ***-**** iYogi by mistake. The technician from iYogi turned out to be ignorant as how to resolve the McAFee installation problem. Instead, he made me to download and install all kinds of iYogi software on my laptop to scan my laptop operating system and asked me various non-installation problem related questions. Eventually he told me that I had a registry problem that needs to be fixed which is a paid service before I can install McAFee anti virus software successfully. That was rediculous. Knowing he was looking for other non-installation related issues to make me pay for his service, I ended up to hang up the phone and called the real McAFee Technical Support. All the technician from McAFee did was to upgrade my IE browser and installed the McAFeeSetup software successfully without any computer system complaint. That was a free technical support service from McAFee.
