~very upset: They were unable to fix my problem after * weeks and messed my internal keys on my computer way worse than they were . Everytime I contacted them it took at least ** min to * hour to haha Fix my computer and I had to contact them every other day for that period of time. Now I took my computer to the Geek Squad and wha la fixed and the same amount of $. However it has been ** days and they keep telling me my refund is still on its way . I dont think I will ever see that ***.** that this poorly run company drained me of
